PWA Project Workflow - documentation?
Hi,
I'm looking for documentation and support on the PWA workflow to move projects through workflow stages, at the moment my projects are getting held in the first workflow step and I'm trying to establish what is preventing it from moving to the next step.
finding it challenging to get documentation on this.
also I understand that https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sharepoint-2013-workflow-retirement-4613d9cf-69aa-40f7-b6bf-6e7831c9691e#:~:text=SharePoint%202013%20workflow%20will%20be,as%20of%20April%202%2C%202026.
what will become of the PWA project workflow once that happens?
Thanks for your time and commentary 🙂
Hello lgaillard ,
Here is the Microsoft doc link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/client-developer/project/create-a-project-server-workflow-for-demand-management
Unless the Project product group somehow maintain the SharePoint Workflow infrastructure specifically for Project Online, I think it will also be removed from PWA but can't be certain. Not sure on the impact or if this will happen, we'll have to wait to hear from the Project side of things.
