PWA is no longer creating connected SharePoint site when new project is added/ Groups not added
I am one of the organization's application administrators for Project Online - I have set up in the enterprise project type to automatically create a connected SharePoint site. (Automatically create a site on next publish option has been selected). This has always worked, and no changes were made to the settings, but now a SharePoint site is no longer created. When I try to add it separately after the fact by going to PWA settings, connected SharePoint sites and click on 'create site', it won't create a site either.
In addition, the default SharePoint security groups are not being added to the site even after I manually publish the site (Which I have not had to do in the past, which in turn links the site to the project.)
Lastly on sites that were created and connected with a PWA project when this was fully functional, the default security groups have been removed. I am having to re add permissions manually to those sites.
Can anyone please help?
Thank you,

Hello Malloy993950 ,
Do you see any errors in the Manage Queue page in PWA settings? Is the EPT using the default Project Site template or are you using a custom site template?

Sorry for the delay on this one. Yes I see two error messages for each project created. I have attached screenshots of each error message.
Thank you,Malloy993950
Hello Malloy993950 ,
You've hit a SharePoint limit on the view threshold, this is 5000 items. I'm not sure how or why that limit is being hit when creating a site. Do you have lots of projects / groups on that site collection? It's probably worth opening support ticket with Microsoft via your M365 tenant - you're M365 admin will be able to do you (if you've not got the correct access).
