PWA Instance not found

Hi Community, I'm experiencing an unidentified issue, every time I create a new PWA instance, I can initially access it without problems, however, within less than a minute, I receive the message: "...

I have run into this issue several times.  Strange as it might sound, the solution each time was to simply wait 24 hours for the instance to be set up.  Have you tried again today?  If so, with what result?  Please let us know and we will try to help you.

    I have created multiple instances over the week, but when I try to access any of them, I still get this message:
    "Sorry... We couldn't find any instances of Project Web App. You must create at least one before accessing this page"

      Hi Knowledgeseeker​ ,

      As Dale_HowardMVP​ mentioned too, I've seen this in the past within the first few hours of creating a new PWA instance. If you are seeing this issue a week later, I recommend that you open a support ticket with Microsoft via your Microsoft 365 tenant. They will be able to assist you.

        Thank you for responding to this thread.
        After further diagnostics and attempts, I was able to resolve the issue by creating the instance using the tenant’s super admin account, even though it previously worked with my admin account that had all the required.
