Project Use in a Multi-Tenant Environment

I have a state government customer that wants to use Project across multiple agencies, with oversight by the state IT group. Each agency has its own M365 tenant today. Here is exactly how they described it...     

 

"Do you know if Microsoft offers a single instance tenant for Microsoft Project in the manner of Azure Lighthouse for Sentinel in which FLDS, for example, would procure a master tenant for Project and licenses for partner agencies so that Project Managers within each agency could manage projects through MS Project and for which FLDS could see a dashboard (roll-up) view of all projects being managed?"

    Hello jolammemicrosoft ,

    Unfortunately this is not a feature for Project but you could build a Power BI report that showed data from multiple instances / tenants if needed.
