Project Server Browser

Dears,

I am using Project Server 2019 on premises out of the box Project Detail Pages columns are custom fields Arabic but my default browser is English and i cannot change my default browser to arabic.

All my columns are coming on left and values showing on right. How can i get it without changing my browser language?
