Project Server 2019 - Clear Baseline Not Working Correctly

Dears,
We have migrated from Project Server 2013, and all features are working fine, but we have a strange issue in clear baseline feature on the migrated projects only

The issue symptom as following (after using clear baseline):
MS Project Client and the web scheduling are indicating that the baseline is cleared.

The database table are not updated with the clear baseline action, the below tables has an issue:

1. MSP_Task_Baseline still contains some records for the project for the deleted baseline with active state (including Task 0).

2. MSP_Task_Baseline_Shadow contains some records for the deleted baseline.

Please advice are we missing something here, or it is a bug.
