Project Professional connection to Azure DevOps 2019 Server

After disallowing use of TLS 1.0/1.1 on the Azure DevOps server and moving to TLS 1.2 only, the connection is refused when trying to connect with Microsoft Project Professional 2019 from the ‘Teams’ tab. This was not a problem prior to going to TLS 1.2 only.

We are able to connect to the web portal via VS 2022 and by browser. 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
