Project Online Updates & AI Integration

Hi all,

Fairly new to this discussion board but I wanted to ask if anyone is aware of any upcoming project desktop updates and potential integration of AI? From what I understand, project has never really evolved significantly and its competitors have started to take some market share. Would love to know if there is something in the works or where I could even find any information on this? It always seems to be challenging finding information.

Thanks,

Just to add another perspective: AI integration is already possible within Microsoft Project Desktop through third-party add-in.

I thought this was relevant to the original question about AI integration in Project Desktop.

Planner is the only tool that is gettting updates and already has AI integration with CoPilot.

Project Online will not be getting updates and is being complete shutdown in September.
