Project Online - Login

I'm subscribed for MS Projects - Plan 3, but not able to login Project Online portal through a browser. I get messages like you have not subscribed to the product. However, I am using Project Online desktop app with the same subscription. Please help.

    Did your M365 app admin actually create a Project Online instance, and add you to the Project Managers security group? In addition, did the app admin give you the URL of your organization's Project Online instance? Those steps need to be done before you can access Project Online (the Project Web App interface).
