Project Online - Calendar or Gantt view based on resources

Hi,

I am evaluating different solutions for project management and I am looking into Microsoft Project for one of my clients who are using Apple Mac and iPhone devices, thus considering the web version of Projects.

First off, is it possible to add and assign resources (people) to a project that is not a member of the business and who does not use Microsoft 365?

But with the need to let them at least see the project calendar?

Secondly, is it possible to have the Gantt chart show the resources (people) in the row rather than the tasks?
