For a single project, open the project and then click the People link at the top of the page. The new People view will show you "who does what and when" for all resources and tasks in the project. If you want to see resource usage across all of your organization's projects, you will need to create a Power BI report for this.
Also, the real name of the application you are using is NOT Project Online. It is called Project for the Web, just so you know. Hope this helps.
