Rising Flight This can be done, but you'll have to get you SharePoint Admin involved, if you don't have privileges/access to run the Web Usage and Purview reports. Here is an overview.
- Web Usage report - Go here Microsoft 365 admin center Project activity - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. This report covers usage for last 180 days and will tell you if a user has opened MS Project Desktop, plus it captures Project for the Web Usage
- Audit Purview - Go here Audit - Microsoft Purview . This allows you to run queries against specific pages within your PWA site, providing usage information my user. For example, if you wanted to know who has access the Project center page, you would run a query on this url https://caterpillar.sharepoint.com/sites/<your site>/Projects.aspx. You can run additional queries as needed to collect additional usage information.
- List of email addresses with assigned MSP licenses.
- Create report using the above information to determine usage.
