Project Install Fails both w/64 bit and 32 bit

This has been fun. We are using Office 2016 CTR 32 bit version.

When I go to install Project 2016 32 Bit I get the message saying:

You can't install the 32-bit version of Office becasuse we found the folloiwng 64 bit programs on your PC: 

   Office 16 Click-to-Ruin Extensibility Componnent 64-bit Registration

The best part is when I go to install the 64-bit version I get:

You can't install the 63-bit version of Office becasuse we found the folloiwng 64 bit programs on your PC:

  Office 16 Click-to-Ruin Extensibility Componnent  

Not sure what to do next? Any suggestions are much appreciated.
