Project for Web

Hello, I have made a project in Project for Web, and I would like to grant the team access, but some guidelines indicate the proper use of this board. Can I include some guidelines in the project itself so that users can refer to them? What are the methods by which I can accomplish this? should it be feasible? Thanks

After creating your project, you will need to create or add a Group that includes your project team members. After doing this, you can add guideline documents to one or more tasks that would provide the documentation you want to share with your team. To add a document, such as a Microsoft Word document, right-click on any task and select the Open Details item at the top of the shortcut menu. In the Details sidepane for that task, scroll down to the bottom of the sidepane, and then click the Add Attachment button. In the Add Attachment menu, select the From Computer item. In the Open dialog, locate the Word document you want to attach, select that file, and then click the Open button. The newly attached document will appear in the Details sidepane.

NOTE: You MUST create or add a Group for your project team before this process will work.

    Hope this helps.

To follow up with Dale's comments he is saying a capital G Group which would be created during the creation of a Team. In my implementation I have a Team for each project, this then creates a group that I can use to provision access. Access is then managed by the Team. It makes it easy for the PM's to manage access.

I have found that access differs with if you are in the default environment or in a custom environment. The main difference is that the basic access is not available in the default environment and users are limited to "Limited" functionality.
