Jason_Reece As previously mentioned there is no way to calculate and view costs in Project for the Web. Another option would be to calculate these costs using Power BI. We actually do this with Project Online data as you can't rely on the cost calculations coming out of MSP Online and we have additional cost calculations that MSP Online can't provide.
- Create an AssignmentCost table with timephased assignment data
- Create a Resource Rate table with effective dates and rates
- Do a conditional merge, merging item 2 with item 1 then calculate costs (hours * rate)

In the current version of Project for the Web (aka Planner Premium), there is no feature that calculates the cost of tasks and the entire project. This feature IS available in the Microsoft Project desktop applictation. If this is a feature you really need, you might want to migrate to the Microsoft Project desktop application instead. Just a thought. Hope this helps.
