Project for the Web and Resource Management
Hi all,
As an organisation we are exploring using Project for the Web to manage our resource allocation against projects and related workstreams. We've got a Proof Of Concept setup with the Resourcing Scheduling PowerApp Add On but have run into a couple of hurdles as follows:
1. In the Resource Scheduling app I seem to only be able to link resource requests to a project plan. Is there anyway to link the request to a work stream/work item within a project?
2. Once I have received a resource request and assigned a resource is there anyway to then get that written into the Assigned Resource column within the project plan or is it a manual allocation? I can see that the Assigned Resource and the Resource Scheduling plan in the app could easily get out of sync.
Thanks in advance

Microsoft has release a feature called Bookings which you can use with Project for the web to manage your resources.
