Project for the Web and Power BI
Hi,
My organization has decided to transition to Project for the web (previously all project managers used different PM-tools) and we want to report via Power BI. I have a P3 license and a Power BI Pro-license. But I can only see my projects (that I have created or been assigned to) when I set up the connection between Project for the web and Power BI.
Is there any way I can see all projects in my organization and create Power BI-reports?
P.S. Most projects managers have P1-P3 license.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Hello ErikEdward ,
The account you are using on the data source in Power BI will need read permission at the business unit level, see the comment below copied from point 5 on the link below:
Important: To get a portfolio-level view of the data, you must have read permissions at the business-unit level for the Dataverse entities connected to the report.
Your Power Platform admin will be able to help you with this.
