Project for the web Accelerator Licensing

Good Afternoon all, 

Does anyone have access to a definitive guide to Licensing when it comes to the Accelerator? 

After consulting with 1x long term "Project" expert, 2 different partners in the Project space and 1 PowerPlatform Specialist, I am now up to 5 different explanations 🙂

I have managed to establish that if you have the necessary P1, P2 or P3 license and wish to deploy the accelerator you are covered from a license perspective without purchasing additional Power Platform components. What is however not clear is at what point does additional configuration of the accelerator demand additional licenses. If I, for example, wanted to create a workflow to notify a project sponsor of the creation of a new issue using a workflow, or, wanted to create a workflow that, on an approval of a project request, automatically creates a new project, would that require additional licenses? Another example is that we often use decision logs, if I were to create a decision log, for a project which operates and lives in the accelerator in a similar way to risks or issues, would that require an additional license.

Any suggestions or links to a single source of the truth will be welcomed and appreciated.
