Project for the web - Auto create group project

Excuse me,
Is there any API to create a group project in P4W or create via Plugin through Dataverse?

When creating a team according to P4W's structure, I don't know how to get or create an "Azure AD Object Id for a group".
And automatically create a corresponding SharePoint page for the project.

Help me, please!
