Project delay emails

Hi everyone,

I am just exploring if I can automate the ms project 2013. Like if I set a baseline of the project and for some reason, the project gets delayed so the delay ( in time ) will be automatically emailed to my management with reasons. Is this possible with MS project or some other tools are available for it.
