Yes, all resources are in the corporate pool. Yes, all projects are separate files.
Rate norms are not suitable, because in one project you can specify different rates for two tasks, and this is unacceptable. There was also a problem with the output of these rates in the report for the manager. It is not clear where the rates are in the internal tables of Project, our specialist has not yet found this field

Lana_Sv_TL,
I don't understand your second sentence about "rate norms" not being acceptable. The only way a single project can have different rates applied for a given resource on different tasks is if the user selects a different Cost Rate Table for the assignment. If your users are doing that when they should not then the best approach is training on what is and is not acceptable.

thank you very much for responding!
But, unfortunately, the rate norms are not suitable for solving my problem. I will try using custom fields.- John-projectNov 11, 2022Silver ContributorLana_Sv_TL,
You're welcome and thanks for the feedback. Sorry I can't be of more assistance but it's not real clear exactly what problem you are describing. I'm sure it is clear in your mind but I can't read your mind so I can't help if I don't understand the issue. Good luck with custom fields although I'm doubtful that will help. If you can be more specific, perhaps with an example and/or screen shot clearly demonstrating the issue, then maybe I, or others on this forum, can offer more help.
