Power BI or Excel Online to sync with project online resource list for availability schedule

Hi! What is the best way to manage resources with multiple time frames of availability (week by week basis) in project online? I can export schedules out of my CRM and use either excel online or power BI to manipulate the data, however I don't want to have to go into Project online everytime and modify when there is a resource shift. I much rather use Power Automate and /or the project online Api to sync that data. Thanks!
