Planner portfolio not loading
Hi Paul Mather
Here is an update on your questions.
1) do you have at least a Project / Planner 3 license?
Answer: I have a Project Plan 3 License
2) does your org have Roadmap and Portfolio enabled in the m365 Admin center Org Settings?
Answer: Yep it is enabled
3) This feature uses Power Automate behind the scenes, does your organization have any policies that might block / not allow Power Automate?
Answer: No internal policies
At the same time, I can tell you that Portfolio Plans are still not visible and I also do not have an "Add item row" in Portfolio Roadmap.
Qustion: Do you have an idea what is causing this?
Hi LASJOHO do you not see the Add plan, or do you just not see any plans after selecting Add plan? If the latter, is there anything different about the plan you added and the others in Project for the web that you can't add? It should be bringing in all the plans you have access to, and I see plans from both my default and named environments. Maybe it is something to do with groups and permissions? Just to be clear, you add plans to the Roadmap here, then inside the Roadmap you can add items (tasks from the plans) to the row, which represents the plan.
