Does the Microsoft Project Management Plan 3 included Microsoft Office 365 Email?
Not that I am aware of. Project Plan 3 gives you access to Project for the Web (aka Planner Premium) and the Microsoft Project desktop application (formally known as Project Online Professional). Hope this helps.
