Planned vs Actual hours in MS Project Pro/PWA

You could, however, snap "baselines" using ms project professional. There's "baseline" + "baseline1-10". Baseline (unnumbered) can show in the default "details" grid (checkbox inside "Task Usage Format"). All of those fields can be reported using oData/PowerBI.
