PfW PowerApp Risks visibility
Hi,
We're using the Risks table built into the PfW powerapp, but by default the table is set to only show users their own risk or those assigned to them - but we want all project team members to be able to see them.
We can share them one by one but ideally don't want to have to share them every time. Anyone found a way to change this?
I've tried using an Access Team but that doesn't seem to work either.
Thanks,
James.

James_ChristopherI am also having trouble with this. The user assigned to the risk is unable to see the risk. But owner can see it. Do you know how I can resolve this issue so the assigned user can see the risk?

YorbGuru You just need to either create a new security role or use an existing one and give users rights to see the Risks table - in the Power Platform admin center.
