Pftw: Risks & Issues -> Unique Names?

Hi all, anybody an idea how to change the Pftw ootb tables for risk and issues that thoes names do not have to be unique.

If i create a risk with then name "Financial Risk" in project a and trying to create a risk with the same name in in project b i'm getting a.

A record that has the attribute values Name already exists. The entity key Name requires that this set of attributes contains unique values. Select unique values and try again.
