Permission access in Project Online
One of the listed users still reported being unable to edit projects under below settings. Am I missing something? Really appreciate it 🙂

Is the user in question a member of the Project Managers group, or a custom security Group that does have permission to open and edit enterprise projects? Let us know and we will try to help you.

Thank you Dale for the follow up. Figured out that I didn't check out so the other cannot edit. Does it mean that one person can edit at a time in Project Online, but multiple users can edit at the same time in Project Web? Thanks!

Only one person can edit a project at a time in Project Online in either Microsoft Project or in Project Web App (PWA). Hope this helps.
