Permission access in Project Online
One of the listed users still reported being unable to edit projects under below settings. Am I missing something? Really appreciate it 🙂

Is the user in question a member of the Project Managers group, or a custom security Group that does have permission to open and edit enterprise projects? Let us know and we will try to help you.

- Thank you Dale for the follow up. Figured out that I didn't check out so the other cannot edit. Does it mean that one person can edit at a time in Project Online, but multiple users can edit at the same time in Project Web? Thanks!

Only one person can edit a project at a time in Project Online in either Microsoft Project or in Project Web App (PWA). Hope this helps.
