Need help on how to Install PROJECT-PLAN 3
I have acquired a monthly licence of Project Plan 3, but there is not any help on how to download to a Desktop (no hotline during weekend....)
My setup:
a) Parallels with Windows 10
b) Do I need MS-Office ahead of installing MS-Project?
c) Is the Download (Desktop-Version) for Project-Plan 3 the MS-Project online?
May be there is anyone out who can help!

Once you have the Project Plan 3 license assigned to your account in the Microsoft 365 tenant you will be able to see the Project install option here: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#installs
The Project Desktop tool can be used standalone or can be connected to Project Online: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/projectonline/connect-to-project-online-with-the-project-online-desktop-client
