MS project to JIRA - Synchronize issue in Project phase and sub phase field

When we integrate tasks from MPP to JIRA through Ceptah, errors are raised regarding the mentioned value of Project Phase and subphase fields. Does this special character work only in the JIRA environment?

    I doubt anyone in this user forum will be able to answer your question. I think you need to ask this question to the people who make the Ceptah Bridge software, as I suspect the error is related to their software. Sorry, but hope this helps.
