MS Project scheduling

Hi team,

I am sending this message on behalf of my client.
We work in the IT area, but I have no knowledge of MS Project software.
Today my client raised a ticket with the following message:
"Microsoft project keeps playing up where the dates are not automatically scheduled."

Can anyone help me with this? I have the document with me.
