To answer your questions:
1. Each PM will only be able to see his/her own projects on their Project Home page.
2. Yes, you can pull all of your organization's projects into Power BI reports, including a portfolio report.

Eddie_Morris You can grant access to a Project for the Web project with another PM and it will show up on the Project Home (default) page under the "Shared with me " tab. When you share the project you have the ability to define the permissions granted: Read, Write, Delete, Append, etc.

Thanks very much. I think this will work nicely across our team of PMs. Being able to grant permissions is also a nice option to have as we cover each other during vacations etc.
