How do I upload the 2010 files into the new MS Project

If by the term "new MS Project" you are referring to the new Project for the Web application, then you can import projects created in Microsoft Project 2016 or later to Project for the Web, but NOT from Microsoft Project 2010. If you are talking about Project Online Professional (formerly known as Microsoft Project Professional), all you need to do is to open the MPP file. Hope this helps.- Dale,

Which "new MS Project" are you referring to, Project desktop, Project Online, Project for the web, etc.?
