Migrate Project server 2016 to Project server 2019 with different domain

We have a requirement to migrate all content from Project server 2016 to newly setup Project server 2019 farm located on another AD forest/domain. Could someone share high-level steps on how to do this migration? Appreciate if you could share Microsoft support article link if there is anything available.
