Migrate all P4TW projects from default environment to new production environment

You could export out the projects using this process: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/project-for-the-web/export-user-data-from-project-for-the-web then import using: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/import-project-desktop-files-to-project-for-the-web-api/ba-p/2031298
I've never tried this but see if this is an option. I'm not sure in the MPP file generated using the export and be imported etc.
