Migrate a project from PROJECT ONLINE to PROJECT WebApp

There is no out of the box migration from Project Online to Project for the web. There are a couple of companies that advertise a paid for solution to help you migrate from Project Online to Project for the web:
I've never used either but so I can't comment but that might help.
