Microsoft Project

Hi All,

 

Are there any issues with Microsoft Project on Lenovo 920 running on Windows 10? Regular Office applications as well as Visio works fine but not Project.

 

We've tried complete uninstall, selective start up, new Windows profile and Project won't launch.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    No, there are no issues. It will be an issue isolated to your machine. What version of Office and Project are you running?

      Hello Paul_Mather 

       

      Office 2016 32 bit and Project 2016 32 bit. It worked for 2 days and after that, Project will no longer launch.

       

      I've checked event viewer and found the event ID 1000 which is stated on https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/3160013/office-applications-crash-or-cannot-start however ShownFirstRunOptin was already set to 1.

       

      Any other troubleshooting step that I may take?
