Microsoft.Office.Interop.MsProject library in Azure Function for C#

I'm not sure how you would use the Microsoft.Office.Interop.MsProject library in an Azure Function as Project Desktop will not be available in the Azure Function. From an Azure Function you could look to access the Project Web App in Project Online using either CSOM or REST.
