pmikota -- Yes, Project Online can handle a project with 5,000 tasks. If you have dozens or hundreds of resources assigned TO EACH TASK, that can slow down the saving and publishing operations where it might take the software a minute to save or publish your project. But yes, the software can easily handle a project of your size. Hope this helps.
