Lead time not reflected in "Early Start"
I have built a schedule with predecessor links. I have added a FS-10 day lead time, but it is not reflected in the Early Start column. The Early Start still shows the day after the predecessor finish...
Does the Gantt Bar reflect the 10 day lead? Does the task have any other predecessors that may be holding it from starting earlier? And I assume the task has no constraints, right?
Is calculation set to automatic? Are all tasks auto-scheduled? Is any leveling applied?
A screen shot could be helpful.
