Impact on Deleting Delegates History in Bulk

As a part of clean up, we are in process of deleting user delegates in bulk(History) in Project Online under 

Server Settings>> Queue and Database Administration>> Delete Enterprise objects>>Select User Delegates & Duration>>Delete

Before deleting this, we need to understand is there any impacts on Data like:

  1. Timesheet lines table data
  2. Timesheetlines Actual Dataset table data
  3. Assignment table data
  4. User interface impact on any page (Approval page, Timesheet page in PWA)

Also, kindly let us know detail impact if any for Deleting user delegates history in Project Online.

    Hi Amay,

     

    Delegates will get deleted automatically once their defined "End Date" passed with no impact on any of the areas that you concerned about. Therefore, I assume deleting them in bulk should not have impact on those areas too. It must be pretty safe!

    But since I personally have not done this, you might want to wait for the reply from someone who has practical experience.
