How to write an OData query in order to get Months (or weeks ) on an horizontal timeline

Hello,

How to write, in Excel,  an OData query in order to get Project Online data with Months (or weeks ) on an horizontal timeline and the resources names as row headers. For example in an Excel pivot table.
