How to plot critical tasks in a .pdf or .ppt?
I would like tips to be able to print the critical tasks of the project like this case below. However, I would like them all to fit on the same page, what is the best way?

You might try the following.
1. Apply a filter for critical tasks
2. Use the Zoom control (View > Zoom group > Zoom) to size the image to a single page
3. Go to, Task > Clipboard group > Copy > Copy Picture and select "To GIF image file".
4. Copy and paste that image to PowerPoint.
5. Or, after filtering and zooming you could simply do a screen shot and paste that into PowerPoint.
