Project Server / Online specific solutions built using CSOM will typically work both on premises Project Server 2013, 2016, 2019, Subscription version and Project Online as the CSOM APIs are pretty much the same.

- raise the SOAP service;
- working with the bus;
- copying tasks, assignments, connections from one project to another;
2. Can I create a project in Visual Studio that will contain SharePoint and use MS Project Server?
