How to calculate the total delay on the programme
Please, someone could help me to calculate the actual total delay in Ms Project Professional? I have set up my baseline, updated my status date, and updated the project. But I cannot find any column...

Apply the Tracking Gantt view so that you can see the current schedule compared with the Baseline schedule, and then apply the Variance table. Look at the Finish Variance column to see the total delay for the entire project.
Also, make sure that you have the Project Summary Task (aka Row 0 or Task 0) displayed in your project, as this row will contain the total delay for the project, as shown in the Finish Variance cell. Hope this helps.
