How can I decode/encode [ASSN_BINARY_DATA] and [ASSN_CONTOUR_DATA] in [WSS_PWA].[pjpub].[MSP_ASSIGNMENTS] Project Server 2019 table?

It is not supported query that table / schema directly with SQL, only the pjrep schema is supported.
