Clearly if the resource exists it is because it can be done, I will be looking for the solution and when I find out, I can inform you so that if one day this happens to you, you will know exactly what to do. 👍

I have never encountered the errors that you have encountered, so I have no solution to your problem. If this problem is a major one, I would recommend you open a support ticket with Microsoft Support and let them look at your problem. Sorry, but hope this helps.
