I verified it is working as expected in our environment. Do you have any custom Conditional coloring set? Are you using out of the box views, or custom views? Is the behavior the same for users with different licenses: E3, Plan 1, Plan3 or Plan 5?

I have just looked at several projects, all without conditional coloring, the same problem everywhere.
We only have P1 licenses, so we can't check this point, but it occurs with several users.

I guess it's just one of those glitches that we need to wait out then.
