Flow for triggering notifications - one completed action prompts a notification for next task owner

Hi Team,

 

Is it possible to have a flow where you'd have a series of tasks where the completion of one task would notify the next task owner that work can begin?

I use MS Project Online, embedded in the Pathfinder Schedule tab.

The source of all my projects created through Pathfinder is "Project (BEO)" and currently this means that we can't even use the common project templates, created with a regular version of Project Desktop.
